near Oglala was ordered by a judge to spend three years in prison
and pay $15,731 in restitution.
Joe Marshall pleaded guilty in April to involuntary
manslaughter. The 54-year-old Rapid City man, also known as Joe
Marshall-Burritt, was accused of driving under the influence of
alcohol when he crashed in September 2009, killing a passenger.
